Treatment Plans
Quicka Health helps you create phased treatment plans with goals, interventions and patient-friendly handouts — drafted from your session in seconds. You confirm or edit every plan block before it's saved.
Creating a Treatment Plan
Treatment plans can be created in two ways:
- From a consultation — drafted from the goals, assessments and interventions you spoke about during the session
- From a template — pick a template, edit it for your patient, and reuse
From a Consultation
After recording a session, Quicka Health drafts a treatment plan based on what you discussed:
- Goals you discussed with the patient
- Assessments you performed
- Interventions you planned
- Outcome measures you mentioned
Each block is editable. Review, rewrite anything that needs your attention, sign off, and share with the patient.
From Templates
- Go to the patient record → Treatment Plans
- Click New Plan → From Template
- Pick a template that matches the presentation
- Edit the template for your patient
Plan Structure
Each treatment plan includes:
- Goals — short-term and long-term objectives
- Interventions — planned treatments and activities
- Outcome measures — the measures you use
- Review dates — when the plan should be reassessed
- Progress notes — linked from each consultation
Tracking Progress
As consultations are recorded, Quicka Health links session notes to the relevant treatment plan so you can:
- Review which goals you've addressed
- See the progress notes you've recorded
- Track upcoming review dates you've set
